Matt is the creative genius behind the delicious dishes served at the pub, having spent 12 years as the head chef. He’s constantly striving to innovate and create new menus that will keep The Leopard as the go-to spot for great food. Outside of work, Matt is an ardent supporter of Birmingham City, his local football team, and loves taking his kids to the cinema for some quality family time.
