The eldest part of The Leopard building is believed to be haunted having originally been used as a morgue for the nearby crematorium.

Meet Fabio, our fantastic Assistant Manager. Fabio is a whirlwind of energy and enthusiasm, always working at 100 mph to ensure that every guest at the pub has an exceptional experience. With boundless energy, he’s constantly darting around, checking on tables and making sure that everything is running smoothly. But when he’s not at the pub, Fabio loves to slow down and spend time with his young son, Oscar.
GENERAL MANAGER Kane is more than just a general manager; he’s the heart and soul of the pub. With his affable nature and infectious smile, he effortlessly builds relationships with the locals and makes every visitor feel welcome. When he’s not at the pub, Kane can often be found walking his beloved Chocolate Lab, Miley, through the picturesque countryside. He’s also an avid golfer, and enjoys nothing more than a round with his friends. But perhaps most importantly, Kane is a proud supporter of Aston Villa, the pride of the Midlands. Whether at the pub or on the golf course, Kane is always the life of the party.
Head Chef Matt is the creative genius behind the delicious dishes served at the pub, having spent 12 years as the head chef. He’s constantly striving to innovate and create new menus that will keep The Leopard as the go-to spot for great food. Outside of work, Matt is an ardent supporter of Birmingham City, his local football team, and loves taking his kids to the cinema for some quality family time.
Supervisor Alina is an integral member of the pub team, always smiling and passionate about delivering exceptional service to guests. She takes great pride in ensuring that every aspect of the pub runs smoothly, and that guests have a memorable experience. Outside of work, Alina loves to unwind by watching movies.
